Screen PCN as a resident in resident only parking

I have received a letter of claim dated 06/04/2021 with the deadline being 06/05/21. After doing some reading, hoping to get clarification.
- Letter of claim - Is not a service of a court claim yet? Oh... this is my LBCCC?
- Reply Form & Response pack - As part of the PCN claim, I understand not to use their reply forms and not to declare finances
- Acknowledging service of Claim - Going back to point 1, am I right in saying I have not been served a 'court claim' thus there is currently no claim to acknowledge.
Our MA has changed, and after speaking to the new agency, I have been brushed aside once again. The whole thought of "Residential parking companies are to protect the residents from outside motorists" is a joke, regardless if I am a homeowner or a tenant.
I am curious how changes in enforcement providers and MA affects the provided service? I was given a dated MA contract specifically regarding parking terms. This was provided separately to my tenancy agreement which was as provided by my private landlord. This MA contract states an entirely different PPC, which has changed 3 times since.0 -
You seem to have an almost perfect understanding about what you have received and what to do about it.
But you do need to respond to the Letter of Claim as described in the first few lines of the second post of the NEWBIES thread.

But you do need to respond to the Letter of Claim as described in the first few lines of the second post of the NEWBIES thread. The only thing I undertand, is to request SAR? If so, I have and have had a response of all the information. I had done this prior to the LBC.Sorry am I missing something?0 -

Their LBC does not indicate any other form of solicitor. Their response pack or to indicate an ADR is to be returned only to their litigation team.KeithP said:It looks like you might be.

Do I email exactly trhese three points to their corresponding legal team? Also will this turn into a can of worms, due to not updating my V5C when I moved?

Is your V5C now updated to your current (and correct) address? If yes then they won't have any indication as to when it was updated, simply that your V5C had your old address at the time they contacted DVLA for keeper details. And it doesn't matter anyway (as far as a civil claim is concerned) ... the PPC can't prosecute you for failure to update your details with DVLA.
You're overthinking things.

Do I email exactly these three points to their corresponding legal team?Obviously only (a) because the rest make no sense. Also will this turn into a can of worms, due to not updating my V5C when I moved?Nope, that's normal, we see it all the time. Don't make that mistake again but that's all it was.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So I assume, after this email I just sit on my hands waiting for their actual court claim letter?
