DQ arrived on Thursday. Have seen the thread on what to fill in and how to answer each question. Just two questions for clarity
a) I have until 8th Feb. Is there any benefit or downside to sending it back now or should I wait until nearer the deadline?
b) Should this (and the claimant copy) be sent by normal postal mail or should it be scanned and sent as PDFs via email?
thanks again for all your assistance0 -
No benefit at all to delaying it
email it. Why do anything by post ? Costs.4 -
Ok, I'm doing this today. Can I use the online N180 PDF, save and email or should I use the form sent by the court, handwrite, scan and email?
Also, regarding the email, I believe I should send to CCBCAQ@justice.gov.uk and also to enquires@bwlegal.co.uk
I can't find another email for BW so I hope that's the right one.
The paper form has no email address, just to return to CCBC, Northampton address so I'm just checking that they will accept the email...

The e-mail address for sending DQ (N180) is in the instructions that you been following and as you stated in your post. Use it. You can send it to the claimant by e-mail IF they have used e-mail to correspond with you. However, even courts have come around to email use during the current situation.4

Ideally use email , their info should be on the claim form !!
If posting it , no you don't want signed for , or special delivery , you want a free certificate of posting from the post office counter
If in any doubt , do email and post3 -
But when we say post we DO NOT NOT NOT mean signed for.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You already have the needed guidance.
Remember that list of instructions you were following when you filed your Defence?
