Correct , add the amended paragraphs approved by coupon mad to the rest of the template , add personal details , references etc , add the statement of truth , sign it with an electronic signature , pdf it , email it , as detailed in the newbies FAQ sticky thread and by KeithP to the ccbcaq3

Refer again to that list you were following where item 6 is:6. After filing your Defence, there is more to do.2 -
Yep. And dont wait for the DQ. Proactively check when it has been sent.
If they send it out and it gets lost, you lose and have to go through a set aside2 -

I’ve had a letter of acknowledgment from the CCBC today. They state the claimant has 28 days to respond if they wish to proceed otherwise it gets stayed.I take it I won’t receive a DQ until after they’ve responded?0
