  • #94 Saved another £200 today.
    Now £1640/£9000.

Just a quick question as new to this challenge.  Do you just update your savings total once per month or can you update it when you save?

Can’t believe the amount some people can save.  Wish I had that to save.  Well done everyone.

@SuperSavingD it is your choice - the form lets you choose the month you are reporting on. I post mine at the end of the month and keep a tally in my spreadsheet because I know slowlyfading is not on here as much with all her other channels and I don't want to confuse things
    Save £12k in 2025 #2 I am at £4863.32 out of £6000 after May (81.05%)

I sometimes post several times throughout the month, then submit the form once when I know that no more will be saved.

    HI SF and Forumites,

#51 reporting another big fat negative sum of -£3170.80 for February. I became a homeowner again so have legal costs and have spent a chunk of money on carpets and other home improvement spends. On the positive S&S ISA continued to make gains and had my first pay cheque from new job. It wasn't a full month though so was quickly lost in the large spends. I'm expecting my fortunes will start turning around in next couple of months.

    Congratulations!
Initial mortgage bal £487.5k, current £258k, target £243,750(halfway!)

Super chuffed with that total but it was my birthday and bonus month so will unlikely be that high again!
