  • Morning all

Made a huge box of biscuits today for the kids. Had all the ingredients already at home. Will do the same next week. Also need to make some cupcakes for them tomorrow.

At work this afternoon but I'll be getting everything crossed off my to do list tomorrow and then work on getting the house organised and selling stuff again tomorrow 🙃

I've ordered paint to decorate dds room. We really are awful we have been putting it off for months due to us both struggling with our health but I've made a promise to myself to get it finished before the new year.

    @Working_Mum thankyou.

I've been off work this week with a chest infection, and my legs are in so much pain. Triggered due to the chest infection.

On the upside we only spent half of our weekly budget last week. Going to sort out my cash purse today as I have so much change In there

Morning, just catching up on your diary. Sounds like you’ve been having a really tough time but that things are improving. The right medication and support can make all the difference. If you find church helpful I’d really encourage you to go back. My church have been so supportive through the last few years and it’s also a great place to make friends and find a community. It can be really difficult as an adult to make friends but the ones I’ve made in the last few years have all been at church. Best of luck on your journey. I’m cheering you on x
    Credit Card 1 - £6249.99 £4,900
    Credit Card 2 - £13,481.47 £12,985

    Total debt - £19,731.46 £17,885

    Emergency fund £930

Thankyou. Getting there very slowly. Baby steps. Any progress is good, no matter how small it all adds up.

I've got in contact with an old friend and been chatting to them.
We also recently made friends with a lady who has a pup the same age as ours while taking the pup for a walk.
A lady I work with who has a daughter the same age as ours has become a good friend, we try and meet up once a week to go for coffee.
I also invited ds2 friends over for a little party on his birthday and me and their mum (she has twins ds2s age) had a lovely chat we're the same age and seemed to hit it off. We have carried on messaging each other since.

I've made a conscious decision to contact people and try to create friendships and so far it seems to have worked. I now have 3 more friends than I had a month ago and the one i already had has become alot stronger.

Money wise we are Plodding along nicely.

I need to work on selling and donating this week. My big goal at the moment is re gain control of the house 🏠

  • Good afternoon everyone.

    We are still Plodding along.
I still have loads of stuff to sort through to donate and recycle. I need to work on one area of the house at a time. And take the stuff out the house the same day.
I want 2022 to be a really positive year for me and My family. So I need to work on the house. Clearing it out. I really wish we had an opportunity like sort your life out to help us to get on top of everything, but we don't so each day I'm going to aim to do something that will make a positive impact on that day.

Today I am going to concentrate on our bedroom. And the bathroom.
I have my £30 a day extra tin waiting to be filled.
So I best crack on I have work all weekend and Monday. By Monday night I'm going to be shattered and Tuesday I have a family funeral. I've been struggling abit lately again so I need to do something that is going to help myself I need to get rid of at least ten items a day between now and the end of next year if I'm going to make even the smallest dent on our house. We also have work that needs to be done that's going to cost money so I'm hoping to make some money along the way to help cover the costs and rebuild our savings and be debt free by the end of the year. We also have a camping holiday next year that needs to be saved for 😳 so I best get cracking

  • Good afternoon my diary friends.

My main goal between now and the 31st is too declutter the house as much as possible. Ready to begin the new year how I plan to go on.

I'll do a debt update total on the 31st.

I've removed my bank details from amazon 🙃 to stop any unnecessary purchases.
