Happy Birthday for yesterday @EnergyShifter sounds like a lovely way to spend a birthday even under normal circumstances.
Managed to declutter a tub of heros into my stomach yesterday (DH did help with that luckily 🤣) but not counting that as a win. Went through one of the cupboards in our dining area yesterday and realised that the clutter in there is mainly candles so going to start making my home a bit cosier in the evening and try to work through those one at a time.

I have just mended the mixer buy adding a plug so pats self on back and moves to next task. 🦄
Two outs today so far:
A small curtain rod/pole
Big plastic dog cone /lampshade collar. 🐕
I did put spare deodorant, shower gels, bath stuff, soap and toothpaste into a basket in the airing cupboard. This will be our "shop" so we can effectively shop toiletries from stocks.
Bags for life to be folded and put back in the car.
I've brought a 210 wash eco egg (cheap) recently so this will be useful as back up. 1 round of washing left to go then back up to date
Back later

Happy Birthday ES,it sounds like you had my idea of a perfect Birthday.
It's snowing and it's cold so as my kitchen is massive and freezing I have not done much in the way of cupboard diving. I did however drop my old laptop off for the local High School's appeal.
I have spent my time looking for an outfit online for my son's wedding which will possibly be April. It is possible that if I lose 2lb per week until then I "could" be 24lbs smaller.Hahahahahaha. I actually have a beautiful dress which I bought in smaller times and never wore. I am hoping it may fit by April. It was very expensive and would be perfect for a special wedding. I also have the shoes and bag so very MSE if I finally get to wear them.
41.laptop
42. hair conditioner to DD2

1. KITCHEN WILL CONTINUE TO BE LEFT CLEAN & TIDY EVERY NIGHT2. JUST DO ONE THING EVERY DAY (courtesy of bit_by_bit) OTHER THAN DAY TO DAY CLEANING & DECLUTTERING
3. CLEAN ONE ROOM (TOP TO BOTTOM) EVERY MONTH (hopefully 3 weekly by the end of the year)Thursday has been slightly warmer as it has rained almost continuously all day ☹️ DSis is dong her washing. DH has been to MrS - smaller list than usual 👏 & got soaked on the way back ☹️. We had a bowl of hm soup with crusty bread that DH just bought - the soup was nicer than yesterday as I had added lo mash, green beans & tomato juice 😉
Apart from writing the shopping list all I have done is watch TV, read newspapers & complete sudokus & cryptic crossword puzzles 😞 but at least I am dressed 😉
107 - 116 Plastic bottle, 3 brochures, 6 newspapers - recycled
117 Plastic packaging - binned

Belated birthday greetings EnergyShifter 🍾🥳 🎂 Sounds like you had a marvellous day made all the better for not being expected 🙂🙂 I admire your resolve - one slice & then donating the rest of your cake 👏
Good idea ruby_eskimo 👏 Candles always make it feel cosier 🙂
Hi nannywindow 👋 Great decluttering work - an eclectic mix 👏
Me too moneyonmymindsam 😉 I am sure that I would have put a couple of slices or more in my freezer 😉 no wonder I need to lose weight 🤣 Great decluttering & planning ahead 👏 I have a shelf in my wardrobe to shop for toiletries - so nice not to have to venture out 👏
Excellent repurposing & making do, the_cross_rabbit 👏
Good work vulpix 👏 The dress sounds wonderful, so I am crossing everything 🤞 that the dieting goes well & it can be worn for your son’s wedding 🙂 especially as you already have the shoes & bag 🙂🙂
You have done better than I would have done gettingthrifty 👏 My decluttering would have been put to the side & I would have been diving into the inherited boxes of stuff 😂

Happy birthday Energy Shifter, sounds like you had a lovely day!
Had a spare half hour after work, so sorted through the top of my wardrobe, which contains jumpers & bedding (no airing cupboard). Listed 2 bedding sets & 2 items of clothing which no longer fit, on Face ache, by the time I had walked from my bedroom to the living room, I had a message from someone wanting to buy the bedding sets 😊
Clutter out - money in! Win, win!!Use it up, wear it out
Make do or do without!
If you see someone without a smile, give them one of yours 😃
