Reporting back in, I've been slacking on the cleaning front over the last few months due to furry owner wanting cuddles, which I was happy to do due to her age, bank holiday monday was the last cuddles, but I was allowed in with her as she went over the rainbow bridge.
Put all her stuff away and took her food down to the rescue centre and 10 days later I'm still finding cat hairs.
Sounds like everyone has been busy.£71.93/ £180.0013 -

Bit slow at the moment as trying to do 2 essays and achieving very little progress on any of it...
639-640: 2 bags of rubbish
641-644: items from the fridge
646-647: 2 bags of paper and cardboard
648: bag of mixed materials recycling
649: jar removed from hiding place under the sink
650-651: kitchen scourer and toothbrush head swapped out
651-653: emails deleted and unsubscribed
654-655: GB of data deleted from PC (and more shifted to the hard drive)
656-660: 3 individual socks and 2 pairs of leggings disposed of...
Right, off to the kitchen, batch cooking to be done.

442. Finished my practice beanie - quite a few dropped stitches where I lost concentration & made a bit of a dog's dinner of the closing it off so I will do another practice before I use my nice wool
443. Bowel screening test sent - I've been putting it off but heard from a friend of mine who has just had part of his bowel removed and needs to have chemo - so its re-focussed my mind...

448 & 9 - 2 x SEISS claims - mine & DS'
Mrs SD - I'm just doing a plain and purl beanie so nothing complicated - but I'm very new to knitting , particularly in the round - hence the need for practice beanies !! And as you know from my getting lost coming back from the shops the other day, concentration is not my strong suit.

Didn't get to sleep until after 5 am this morning, so I started on the filing - one bag full of paper, mainly repeats of mum's pension increase notifications. Also started to load the WM (added to it and set it off at lunchtime). Another bag filled this afternoon and part filled a 3rd bag. Pills rehoused in a smaller but deeper box. Old pair of joggers out - very old and grey (were black once) and in constant danger of them plummeting to my ankles. Black bag out of the kitchen. The one from my room went for a quick trip round the garden collecting items to fill it (curtailed because it started to rain - so sick of this weather). Another cube box flattened and added to the pile (2 more to add but worried about knocking other things off the shelves in their current location. Giving myself 10 points for today (there were at least 6 items from the yard).
Think the reason I seem to be doing aa lot is because my house was much worse than most of your's to start off with.My mission in life is not only to survive, but to thrive and to do so with some Passion, some Compassion, some Humour and some Style.NST SEP No 1 No Debt No mortgage11 -

The boiler service was done first thing this morning so let's see if plumber comes tomorrow. I wandered into the nearest town - it was dire before but worse now. Very few shops seem to be left and even some of the charity ones have gone.

Aaah @boultdj. Sad news, you must me missing your owner. Hugs to you and anyone else who needs them. @mothernerd. I once started with a lot to do but I have been at it a few years now and there has been a marked improvement downstairs as I got rid of things and furniture and tackled my hoarding demons. Might have the upstairs done in another few... You are doing fine.
👍
Dropped two bags of pottery to a cs this morning. Two more bags in the car to go to another shop and I will be up to date.
Plaster is ready to be painted in the through lounge but I don't want to use up all my energy that I will need for the moonwalk on Saturday, May make a start though so we can at tleast come back to a prepped room.Wife, mother, gardener, nurse, Big C survivor.
