1. KITCHEN WILL CONTINUE TO BE LEFT CLEAN & TIDY EVERY NIGHT2. JUST DO ONE THING EVERY DAY (courtesy of bit_by_bit) OTHER THAN DAY TO DAY CLEANING & DECLUTTERING
3. CLEAN ONE ROOM (TOP TO BOTTOM) EVERY MONTH (hopefully 3 weekly by the end of the year)Try again 😔 Tuesday was a gloriously sunny day - very warm in the sunshine but rather chilly in the shade. DH & I finally got around to sowing seeds & planting potato ‘eyes’ garnered from sm & veg box potatoes - have sown tomatoes, onions, spring onions, beetroot, parsnips, 2 types of radish + lettuce & rainbow chard in grow bags. Table top bed is now full of compost + I have found garden fleece should frosts be forecast 🙂
I have also re-brined the hg olives - still not ready after 5 months 😱 The four parcels of Easter Eggs & chocolate (for France) are finally wrapped & addressed ready for posting. DSis vacuumed the whole house including the stairs 👏🙂👏Dinner was chicken fried in butter, boiled potatoes, garden peas for DH & DSis. I had lo risotto with a salad comprising mixed lettuce leaves, carrots, tomatoes & celery in an olive oil & balsamic vinegar dressing + a few bits of fried chicken & a couple of boiled potatoes.Spent the evening clearing programmes from TV planner. Watched Celebrity Bake-Off.535 - 544 Kitchen recycling, newspaper, magazine, cardboard packaging, paper recycling, drinks cans, cardboard box, 2 booklets, Uu deodorant can - recycled
545 - 554 Kitchen detritus, lr detritus, office detritus, garden detritus, 6 empty compost bags - binned

Don’t despair Frogletina 😉 just bury her under the patio/decking 😉🙃😜 or lock your room 😉You are welcome moneyonmymindsam 🙂 Well done on the continuing eboy sales 👏 What a lovely idea for up-cycling TC77’s bookcase 👏 & a great idea for what to watch on TV 😂🤣😅😉 Not too sure that 2 jam jars can be classed as hoarding 😉😉 I have at least 20 glass jars of varying sizes but I am hoping to fill them with hg olives (soon 🤞) & tomato chutney later in the year, as gifts to family & neighbours. What a great seller you are, Floss 👏 keeping your buyers as safe as you can - one medal 🏅 is on its way 🙂
Great work TC77 👏 and good luck with your up-cycling 🤞 Lovely picture of your new to you bookcase - I am looking forward to seeing the after picture 🙂 Re the frilly bit, perhaps your daughter could use it to hang a screen or curtain to stop dust getting in - it would hide the frilly bit 🙂 There are some wonderfully helpful people here & looks like you have made your decision 👏 French grey looks as if it would be a lovely main colour 🙂
Good work villagelife 👏 Little & often will definitely see you clear of clutter 🙂 Keep up the good work villagelife - remember every single item out is a success 👏🙂
You have been busy & successful jacwins 👏 The ROD can wait - as long as the door is shut 😉Crikey D123456789 🤩 I was tired just reading about all the tasks you accomplished 👏Perhaps DH can take LO out every day 😉😉 Not sure taking his medal is enough - are you sure you don’t need to sort out your patio 😉😉🙃
Preemptive painkillers bit-by-bit - I think you probably take fewer pills this way 👏 Two major bits of decluttering - DS2 & DD 🙃😉 Great news that you have achieved ‘downstairs equilibrium’ - a testament to all your hard work 👏 Congratulations on getting your 2nd Covid19 jab 🥳
Hope you made the most of your couple of hours, vulpix 🙂 Good luck with the gardening - I hope the weather stays fine 🤞 What a lovely post vulpix, full of wonderful up-cycling ideas 🙂👏
Now, now EnergyShifter insert wagging finger emoji 😉 Every item out is a win 🙂 and can & should be celebrated 👏 Hope your jab goes well & you have minimal or no adverse reaction 🤞

I also decluttered money this week. I've been giving her money each month since the baby was born, and also had some from ages ago which I'd set aside (giving it to her a bit at a time or it would all be gone in a trice!)
She said she was stressed about a debt, and I worked out if I gave her the next 3 months money early, plus what was left from what I'd set aside, it would clear it. After thinking about it, having already mentally spent next month's money, she reluctantly agreed.
She is so different to her cousin (GD1) who is 28. She has also been getting money each month since her baby was born (the babies are just 3 weeks apart).
A few days ago GD1 put a message on our WhatsApp family group to tell us that Freda, a tortoise that she took in after my ex-husband died, was settled down the previous night at 10pm, but found in the morning not her usual self, and on close inspection had bites on her leg. The vet said she was bitten by a rat. My granddaughter was so upset, and the recovery will be long, as tortoises have a slow metabolism, and Freda now has to now be inside for a few months and has to have regular antibiotic injections which she has been shown how to do.
We chatted on the phone, and Freda is recovering...she's quite elderly now. Our family had had her for 50 years and she wasn't young when she came to us.
I told my granddaughter I would pay for any bills for the vet, and she was so surprised. It would never had occured for her to ask for help, but she was very grateful.
So mainly money decluttered this week! Not Rachmaninov

It's been a very slow week as I don't feel energetic. Small people tomorrow overnight so I had better get moving today. I thought I had failed to do anything off my 3 month cleaning and diy bingo grid but realised that in order to repurpose tool shed with no doors as greenhouse storage, I had actually emptied rearranged and tidied greenhouse ready for seedlings etc (In cabin at the moment as it is heated) - so one item crossed off grid.
Charity collection bag for tomorrow actually includes bric a brac and is not just for clothes so 2 bags ready to put out in the morning for pick up. I took some larger charity bits to the re-use section at my tip so now left with only books and photo frames when CS are open again.
511 Bag of bits rounded up in garden
512 Another jigsaw finished and put aside for GD1

Interviews decluttered so we shall see 🤔 fingers crossed although both stated they had a lot of applicants.
I feel very stressed today, probably just pressure of the day and the fact didn't sleep. I've made myself feel better by thinking at least someone will get the jobs and good luck to them or me lol.
1 ebay sale just been posted so that's done (they always seem to come when the timing is off)
No other outs as yet. Hope everyone is OK.

Isn't she lovely? Tortoise are fascinating. They look a bit dinosaur like. I hope she makes a good recovery. We had a pair when we were children but I don't know what happened to them. I think one escaped and one died.
Nothing to do with me happily.
DS2 now has the unit for his shoes and is very pleased - 1 large item out.
I posted an online sale today, it would fit in a large bag for life, so 1 bag out and then another bag of paper sorted from my Sisters stuff. It was big and heavy but the scout master didn't mind. I feel like I am getting on with stuff again.
I hope to get up in time to take a load of stuff to the refugee centre tomorrow as I am off work but won't log it until it has gone.Wife, mother, gardener, nurse, Big C survivor.
