B&M parking ticket x2

I parked my car outside store hours (6am to walk the dog) and was issued with 2 tickets from 16th & 18th September 2020- The tickets were issued by G24 on 27th November which is 70 days later - I have appealed through their appeal process on the grounds that the tickets were not delivered within 14 days after the last day of parking. I also appealed through Resolver (I received a reply within 24 hours back from Resolver saying I should use their appeals process which I had already done). I have not received anything back and have been encouraged to escalate through resolver - If the appeal is not successful is this considered good enough grounds to appeal through IPS. I have looked through the Newbies stuff and could not find any information relating to this type of appeal. I have found a company called parking fines support who charge £15 per ticket to appeal a ticket - has anyone got any experience of using this company as not sure I have got the time to appeal as looks quite involved.

then you have not read the IPC and IAS advice of dont bother appealing (which is in the newbies thread), you have exhausted your appeal process due to G24 being in the IPCyou also dont seem to have read or understood PLAN A , a complaint to B & M and any landowner to get them cancelled asap eitherusing a third party company is also not recommendedget plan A sorted asap2

Why would anyone use a private car park with ANPR and signs up, to park to walk dogs? I really struggle with the mentality of drivers who always seek a car park, then wonder why they got scam PCNs, when 99% of the time they could have parked on street somewhere near, free or for 50p.
It's not your fault and nothing personal but please wise up to ANPR scammers and use the street to park - there is almost no city where you can't park on street at 6am. What on earth are driving instructors doing in not at least mentioning for half a minute to people they teach, where you can park on street and NOT to go into scam car parks...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

then there is nothing else to be done !!anything else you try will fail and could make it worse in the future !!no appeal can win, plus paying a private appeals company will fail too, as do those companies, one failed only recently as written about on here this very morningthink carefully about your story and what you expect from parking on private property, not using the shop and only using their car park as a convenience to trespass whilst you walk your dogs, instead of using a public street which you pay road tax to use !!please , think about itthen in future , park on the street and walk further , so you get the same thing as your dogs do, namely exerciseyour story is the kind of case that ends up on Rinder in the afternoon !!sorry to be blunt , but really !!! this does take the (dog) biscuit

Ignore them then, this is no different than any IPC firm and there is no appeal. Come back if they try a small claim.WendyE1972 said:

Back in 1998, my driving instructor didn't mention anything about where best to park depending on situation, at least that I can remember, so I doubt they've ever done it.Coupon-mad said:Why would anyone use a private car park with ANPR and signs up, to park to walk dogs? Recently we had a thread by a driving instructor who received a PCN for parking on a private car park whilst talking to their pupil , so they still don't seem to be explaining anything about parking , plus they get caught out themselves !!
You really couldn't make it up !!4 -
A few decades ago when I took my test, I wasn't told anything about where to park or not park, either. But parking sharks weren't a thing then.
Because this is such a threat now - with one in three drivers exposed to get a private PCN every year - driving instructors really need to get their heads around NOT using private car parks and warn their pupils about them and reassuring them that they can actually stop on double yellows temporarily for various reasons.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Ok so let me get this straight before I decide whether to pay or go down the seemingly painful route of watching my back for the next 6 years!!!!!I believe the tickets were issued unfairly, is this just subjective or do I have a genuine reason. I have sited mitigating circumstances that this is my first offence on this piece of land and that I am normally a law abiding citizen who is now aware of the parking restrictions. Along with them contravening the rules regarding Notice to Keeper as they took 70 days to get the Parking tickets to me. Does anyone ever come back and tell us whether they were successful with these reasons.Redx said:then there is nothing else to be done !!anything else you try will fail and could make it worse in the future !!no appeal can win, plus paying a private appeals company will fail too, as do those companies, one failed only recently as written about on here this very morningthink carefully about your story and what you expect from parking on private property, not using the shop and only using their car park as a convenience to trespass whilst you walk your dogs, instead of using a public street which you pay road tax to use !!please , think about itthen in future , park on the street and walk further , so you get the same thing as your dogs do, namely exerciseyour story is the kind of case that ends up on Rinder in the afternoon !!sorry to be blunt , but really !!! this does take the (dog) biscuit
Because I have already appealed within 14 days and have now escalated through Resolver despite hearing nothing back how will this make it worse in the future?
Next question but probably not my last - if i am moving house soon how is the best way to inform them of my new address if they have not even responded to my appeals?0
