I haven’t managed a walk today but I have felt much better work-wise. I’ve got two weeks off and reached a compromised work plan for January. Office door now shut until January 😮💨

One bit of money news before Christmas really is here- we’ve decided to put £1000 each towards the mortgage at the end of the year. It’s something we did this time last year so I’ve told T it’s now a tradition (if we are able to). He’s mulled it over a bit and agreed, merry Christmas mortgage pot!
now for food, booze and merriment 🤶Merry Christmas to all my diary readers xxMFW 2021 #76 £5,145

I wish I could spend more time outside, but I can't afford it because I took out a mortgage on the apartment I'm supposed to be in.

xmas eve was a NSD taking my total to 11/10 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄
im not going to track these every month but I did find it useful. My heads swirling with half baked plans and different goals… I’m trying to settle it down but not succeeding. I’ve been for breakfast today with my friend and her littlies which was nice, they were excited to join “breakfast club”. No more commitments today except need to pick up T later. Im going to finish watching a film and possibly a box of chocs, hopefully will help to switch off a bit!Happy betweenness wannabes xMFW 2021 #76 £5,145

Well done on helping your mum with her pension. Over £11K to pay off your mortgage in a year is a great target.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Just catching up with your diary. What a great idea @powerspowers putting £1k each into your mortgage pot at end of year!
Getting to sub 100k at end of 2022 is a great goal to work towards. It'll be amazing when you see that initial 6th digit disappear from your remaining balance
