I found out because you gave it to me. Read your post from 11/03/21 at 7:19pm!

Then in order to make the most of this you need to check for statements from her in the WS which suggests she has first-hand knowledge of the car park, or the signage, or the parking event. Then read every post on the thread by @Johnersh (a lawyer) subsequent to that date to attempt to capitalise on the gap between the parking event and her date of employment (and potential corresponding gap in her knowledge).

Thanks for your help everyone. Sorry for the not-so-well thought out questions yesterday. I'm having a few issues in my personal life, so getting WS finalised has been a bit of a choir, and stressful. Given this is my first one, I'm finding it a bit exhausting reading through forums and taking in all this new information. But I do really appreciate the help

If/when you have the scammer's WS, please show it to us, but only redact YOUR personal data. Upload it to Dropbox or similar and post the link here. Make sure the hosting site does not require a password and does not require people to agree to have their personal data harvested in order to view it.
Also make sure the account is not in your real name, and does not have any other personal data such as photos of your kids on a beach. Believe me, it has happened.

In case it hasn’t been observed yet the contract between Peppermint & VCS is for a period of twelve
months beginning on 22 Feb 2016. It would therefore have expired and not been valid in May 2017.

So, VCS just need to prove that no "notice of termination" has been sent. They should produce copies of every letter that hasn't been sent!
