You need to inform the PPC by sending a Data Rectification Notice to the DPO informing them of your new address for service, requiring them to erase your old data and to inform all of their agents and sub-contractors.  For completeness, inform the court.  You do not want to miss any important notices or information - even if everybody uses e-mail.

Yay, more paperwork! Jokes aside, thanks :)

Just one e-mail, with cc to the court, is all that is required.

Refer to your instructions from the court as to what you should include.  In pre-covid days, your defence would have been supplied to the judge by CCBC and there would be no need to send it again.  What you don't want is for the judge to strike out your defence due to not having it or to have an adjournment.  Statute law does not need to be supplied in its entirety as judge should be able to access it but to be safe you could just submit the part to which you are referring.
I assume it's better to send it than not send it. Also, if I'm referring/ referencing to the Claimant's WS. Do I need to include that in my own bundle? And refer to it as "for reference only"? Seems excessive, but they have included my defence in their paperwork. And again, I'd rather send it than risk not doing so unless it's certain that I don't have to. The paperwork I've been sent, just says "all key documents."

The claimant might be responsible for sending a bundle to the court - check your paperwork.  You should not have to send the claimant's WS.  If you have referred to it in your WS, just include the relevant paragraph/sentence/section.

No you don't append the Claimant's WS (that is their job to file and serve) but should certainly demolish it in your WS.

Submitted! And I’ve just about held onto my sanity! I'm under the impression I don't have to pay a Court Fee as The Defendant. But please let me know if I'm wrong!

Thanks a lot for your help everyone. I definitely would have been overwhelmed by this if it wasn’t for your kindness. I’ll be sure to post how the hearing goes :)

If you are being taken to court, the claimant has to pay, not the defendant.
