Annual heating allowance, not arrived

I just got my letter today, the £100 was  deposited, along with my wife's £100, on the 3rd Dec.

Mine arrived the same day as my pension - I do not know if this is significant.

Just an update. I contacted DWP to see why I had received a letter. Apparently they had changed over to a new system and it hadn't picked up my address, so consequently payment had also not been picked up. If you haven't received a letter I would contact DWP heating allowance on 0800731 0160

I think you were contacting them about why you hadn't received a letter but I don't see why your not receiving a letter would mean they also didn't pay you as a consequence.  Are they not making any other payment to your bank account?
