According to gov.uk you should get it by 13th January 2021, so no point in trying to complain before then.

Are the bank details in the letter correct?  Maybe this MSE article about the Winter Fuel Allowance will be of use to you.

There's another thread on this, its obviously late for many due to covid.
  • Me too. £10:00 bonus yesterday but no £200 even though the letter came, with correct details two weeks ago. Last year it was paid in November.

have decided it is being done in alphabet order, as my mother CA was paid end of November, next door JO paid recently but I and my sister "Pa and PR not yet paid, according to letter should be there before 23rd December. annoying though as bought oil on my credit card, thinking I would get the money before it was due.

Nah.  That's not right.  My surname begins WO and I got mine on the 23rd November about 10 days after the letter.  :)
