I need serious help and advice to help me see my kids

That's not necessarily so. My stepdaughter was 9 when her mum tried to stop her dad seeing her.  Caffcass were involved and her wishes were very much taken notice of. However, even if you are successful at court there is still nothing to stop the other parent from repeatedly not sticking to the schedule and its ok to say keep going back to court but its not always practical.  At 13 she decided she wanted to spend the weekends out with her friends as is to be expected so there is not many more years of childhood in the OP's case. I agree that children need both parents but we are only getting one side to the story here and the OP does come across as being quite defensive/antagonistic so perhaps there are other issues coming into play. 
Cant be nice for these children stuck in the middle.
And just to note- my stepdaughter is now grown up and has a great relationship with both parents, her mum is a lot better now as well as she no longer has the leverage and anger which was driving her. But even though she understands that her dad fought through the court  to see her she once described it as 'one of the worst times of my life, I hated it' .
