    Hello. It’s #24 again. Seems we have a little ‘spare’ this month so sent a further £450 to the mortgage account. That’s makes it £1,500 total for March and £4,000 so far for 2021. Thanks,

    £757.59 regular DD set up goes out with our mortgage payment on 1st of the month. 

    I’m almost at the point where I have enough retained for our 10% capital reduction too - Barclays confirmed I could do both so it would be crazy not to!!

    I feel very uneasy owing so much, so we are focusing on reducing our future liabilities - I have a plan over the next 5-8 years to radically reduce our mortgage!
