    Good morning everyone. MFW#47 reporting another OP  March of £15900. This brings my total for March to £22238. My discounted product is ending 31st of May and I just wanted to bring down my balance a bit before my new product begins 1st of June. 
    Initial mortgage bal £487.5k, current £258k, target £243,750(halfway!)
    Mortgage start date first week of July 2019,
    Mortgage term 23yrs(end of June 2042🙇🏽♀️), 
    Target is to pay it off in 10years(by 2030🥳).

    Yes, but I make OP's most days from anything I earn as extra, or just chucking spare pennies at it.  
    Me too! I do a lot of surveys and anything from that goes towards the mortgage!

    Favourite day of the month! I overpay weekly usually but on payday it's all the money juggling and seeing how much extra I can overpay by that excites me! 😂
    It really is exciting haha!  I can now see my new mortgage account online and it really is addictive to see it coming down!
