  • Hi, #55 with a late February OP of £680. This takes my total for February to £1680. The £42,679  balance was annoying me so it is now a more satisfying £41,999. Thanks Julicorn.
Aiming to early retire December 31st 2026.
  • Number 35 reporting feb overpayment of £950.37.
    Thanks so much Julicorn.

#25 here! Still haven't made our first mortgage payment (tomorrow!) but have put some money in the EF so going to call it £400 for February. 👍 Also cashed in an unexpected cheque but it's yet to clear, so will roll that into March.
MFW: Starting balance, Jan 21: £102,950

  • #59 - Kicking off March by overpaying £215! I had a good job interview on Friday as well. My husband and I have decided that if I'm successful and get the job (should hear this week) that we will overpay the mortgage by my entire salary each month just to try and bring the mortgage down quicker!
Thanks so much for the updates. 😊

#3 reporting my March overpayment of £2,600. This makes £6,600 for 2021 so far.

Lockdown is really helping my overpayments, as is my YNAB obsession 😄 I think it will slow down when everything reopens but am going to try my hardest to keep some of my good money habits!

Thanks so much for keeping the spreadsheet updated Julicorn. I find it so motivating having an accountable and visible target. Really important to me as a single parent with no one to share the journey with in real life. Thank you!

Number 45 here, checking in with a £1500 total payment for February.  Two good months so far, not expecting March to be quite so good, but will try...
    Thanks Julicorn
