  • #61 made another Feb overpayment of £205.16 making total for Feb now £2060.19. Not long to go now to meet 10% for year total.
    going to focus on spending on fun activities during summer and start saving for next year. Back to one wage but with lockdown minimal spending anyway.

    A final Feb overpayment for me of £71.65 taking February's payment to £794.79. I'm in two minds now...I chose that amount to make my mortgage total a round number... part of me wants to pay more to make my overpayment a round number  :D

    The council tax is due end of March / start of April (grrrrr),  will see if I can 'pinch' bits from other areas to compensate.  Focus is on retirement and as this is our only debt I just keep thinking every pound or tenner thrown at it is less time spent working.
