Morning Everyone!#65 reporting in with the September o/p of £64.16 - bringing me down to a mortgage debt of £81.500 - so I am on target to hit £80k by the end of December (50% LTV)In other news, the 2 bed houses on our street are now selling for £20k more than we bought our 5 bed house for 6 years ago. Does not matter unless you are selling, but it is nice to know we probably only owe 1/3 of the current value.and daily interest was £4.02, so will be sub £4 before the C-word as well.4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!
