    Hi julicorn can I join in again and keep my number (70) please?  My total to start with is £4000, I am not convinced I can pull the same numbers as this year.

    I'll join for 2021 too. Currently #147. 

    I have also paid £350 for Oct, Nov, and December (so £1,050 in total). 
    Initial 2 year fixed Mortgage (July 2019): £158,747 over 18 years. Overpaid £14,250 in Year 1, £13,400 in Year 2. Total mortgage reduced by £40,790 in 2 years. 

    New Mortgage (five year fix at 1.81%): June 2021
    Current Balance (01/06/2021): £117,957 over 14 years. Total overpayment in 2021 of £13,850. Lapsed tracking! Total Owing November 2022: £100,513. February 2023: £97,535. April 2023: £88,739. July 2023: £87,481. August 2023: £85,512. November 2023: £83,053. 

    Original End date: June 2039. Now June 2035. *GOAL* Mortgage Free by 2030.

    Hi Julicorn,  count me in for 2021 please, #65 or wherever you need to fill a hole.
    I will start the year owing £88k, and if I pay off £8k in 2021 then I will have paid off half the mortgage.
    So put me down for a £3k overpayment  to hit my target please

    Hi Juilcorn, thank you for running the challenge again! I'm #7 and want to aim for £3500 in 2021. My DD will be eligible for her 3 year childcare funding later next year so we should have more money to play with :)

    Hi Julicorn. I already have #26 for 2021 but can I change my target to a more realistic £4200 as I have a number of other things I want to do too and don’t wanna set myself up to fail. Thanks x
