OK, I am confused - did you definitely get your set aside granted?
What exactly is the £243 for? it is not one of two amounts for an applicaiton (£100 or £255) and so I dont know why youre being asked to pay it2 -

The point I am making is that there is no amount that gets to £243, unless you get fee remission but absurdly low amount, and that still doesnt make sense, as you have to pay the set aside fee upfront - did you?
You need toi understand why on earth youre being askedto pay this amount, because its odd2 -
Yes, I understand. The set order aside fee is £255 and in this case I had applied for a remission due to low income. I don't know what this £243 is about. Maybe I'm crazy and he said something different. The connection was terrible and his voice was all muffled. I hope to get the letter this week so I can finally clear up the situation in my mind.0

Hi all,
I hope you're healthy and doing well.
I've received my decision through post and as requested I will post it on here.
Information update: During the hearing the judge said that the claimant were stating that they had sent me notices while to the new address. I think that to be false since I recently received a letter from Gladstone Solicitors (which act on behalf of EPS) informing me that they updated the old address to the new one in their system.
Also, I had a talk with my brother about the incident and he searched through some of his old letters and found a "letter before action" concerning this very claim. It dates 22nd of May 2018 and was sent to my old address. From what my brother tells me, he read my letter and kept it to deal with it himself since he knew it couldn't have been me who parked there but then forgot about it.
If you think that any of the aforementioned letters contains possible useful details I will post them here.
Thank you again for any advice you may give me!
Kind Regards1 -
That would be the judgment amount in the original judgment, so it will be held by the court until the result of the final hearing is known2
