It's an interesting race LW2G, the outsider may have some energy to inch closer to the lead! If it comes in second place, there's always a few stitches to unlock on the blanket and redo them in the new year 😉Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2

A couple of bits of news which impact how the race will pan out.... I have had confirmation of a bonus today to be paid in Dec which will help with the roof fund and also been advised that the roof people are having supply issues and therefore it won't get done until after Jan payday... I am therefore becoming ever confident we will have a fund available without impacting EF and may be able to return the original EF movement of 500 back to the nice cosy blanket.
I think we need a name for the horse lolMortgage Aug 2019 161,000 :eek::eek::eek:Nov 2019 156,500:T Jan 2020 153,122:T, Apr 2020 149,500, Apr2021 139, 675, Oct 2021 136,823, Dec 2021 136,120🙂EF 0/12,000 (0%)😕 (5062.44 was ERC), Jan 2023 128,650. How about Felicitous 😁
That's wonderful news about your bonus, while the contractor delay is annoying, it's worked in your favour.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -

So glad work is over for a few days, it's a very stressful environment atm.
Today Felicitous is getting a nice fat £20 to help her off the starting block which has come from a referal credit, I got double what I expected so wonder if they will come back cap in hand.
The money also keeps me on track for around £10 a day, fingers crossed that will continue but not quite sure how yet.
I have 560 in the roof pot now and going to stick my neck out and aim for another 120 this month because that then leaves me with 1k to fund.As MF and SH know I love a mini target so hopefully it will push me a bit more.

Felicitous is doing very well, sometimes an outsider are worth a punt 😁
Are there any other surveys you can cash in to help the race?
I think we are all glad it's the weekend and just about holding on for the holidays 😶Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
I have prolifi3 but its on 6.66 and thought it looked a bit devalish so would wait for the next survey to be paid first lolMortgage Aug 2019 161,000 :eek::eek::eek:Nov 2019 156,500:T Jan 2020 153,122:T, Apr 2020 149,500, Apr2021 139, 675, Oct 2021 136,823, Dec 2021 136,120🙂EF 0/12,000 (0%)😕 (5062.44 was ERC), Jan 2023 128,650. Had a strange dream/nightmare last night about being made redundant which with such turbulence at work us definitely a possibility. It was so odd as I was the only one and everyone else just carried on like normal. So although not nice has been a stark reminder of why I am saving for my EF and a bit more of a push.Mortgage Aug 2019 161,000 :eek::eek::eek:Nov 2019 156,500:T Jan 2020 153,122:T, Apr 2020 149,500, Apr2021 139, 675, Oct 2021 136,823, Dec 2021 136,120🙂EF 0/12,000 (0%)😕 (5062.44 was ERC), Jan 2023 128,650.
