Use the example you find when you click on jrhys' profile and look at his recent replies, and change the facts to suit, and add in the new transcript shown above (jrhys already had one of them).I’ve got a couple of questions tho, on the court hearing letter, it says to serve the opponent of my WS, am I better to email to them or send it by post? And for the WS to the court, am I best handing it in by hand? Many thanks again1 -
Email , to both , using CC in the email , so both get it at the same time , copy your own address in as well , checking in your inbox for receipt
So your nominated local civil court , plus the legals representing PPL , so dcb legal , plus yourself , not post , just one email4 -
Sorry for the daft question, but there is no email address for the court stated on the letter, do I ring them up to ask for a email address?0

No need to ring them up, that one will be it.
And obviously cc into the SAME EMAIL, the solicitor for the PPC so there can be no suggestion at the hearing that ''we didn't receive it'.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

When you email your WS and exhibits, send it to yourself as well. If you get your own email back, then on the balance of probabilities the court and the PPC will have received it.
When you get the claimant's WS, please post it here for us to pick over.
Only redact YOUR personal data. I cannot emphasise the words I have highlighted enough.
Upload their WS to a hosting site such as Dropbox, then paste the URL here. Do not use a real name to set up the hosting site account, and make sure there are no personal documents or photos in it. We do not want to see holiday snaps of someone's kids. Believe me, it has happened.
If the WS is too long, then show us the first page with the name of the person who created it, the last page with their name and statement of truth, and all their exhibits, especially the alleged landowner contract. Please tell us if the PPC has redacted anything.
If you are lucky, you will get their WS before you need to submit yours, so you can add our comments to your WS before you submit it.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks5 -
