That picture helps your case, and can be used as evidence at Witness Statement and evidence stage later on. Those vague white lines make it appear that there are three bays (and a small one for bikes/motorbikes, maybe) at this near end. There is also no sign at the bays themselves, despite the fact there are little posts that could be used to attach a sign to make it crystal clear.
They've failed and that's you main defence plus the fact you were not driving and I doubt that owd Walton (ex-clamper) has managed to comply with the POFA!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I’ve finally received the “notice of allocation to the small claim track” dated on 15/6/21. The court date is 21/10/21 but it says I must file at court and serve on my opponent A written witness statement by 13/7/21. Is that correct as I’ve read through the NEWBIE section that it’s usually 14 days before court hearing date.
To be honest, i am a really worried about it and feel that I will lose on the case, but I will certainly try my best to fight till the end because it was clearly a scam. Any of your advice would be greatly appreciated!

Follow the instructions on the Notice of Allocation. Your WS must include evidence as well of course.4

But the “marked” bays was so unclearly as there are spaces for 3 vehicles and the photo of the parking notice our car was probably out of the marked bay.
The case that is most similar to yours is Worcestermum. This was a case of going over the line because the car park was badly flooded. It is worth reading. The case was discontinued.
If you kick back hard at this company they may back off.

The most recent threads showing things to include in a WS are by @jrhys and also here, by me:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6279348/witness-statements-2-transcript-exhibits-re-parking-firms-falsely-added-contractual-costs/p1
Use the example you find when you click on jrhys' profile and look at his recent replies, and change the facts to suit, and add in the new transcript shown above (jrhys already had one of them).
