Assuming your meters were changed in August

So your gas is reading 178 m3 -  about 2000 kWh and 2.5 p £50 add vat and standing charges is about £60 and since August to now is pretty good
You haven't read this as 350 and then multiplied by 11.2  to give 2000 and entered 2000 as your reading have you ?

I think the electric is reading 350 kWh and at 15p is about £60 - also pretty/very good

So where on earth are the big bills coming from ?

Go back to last January or further and find some bills with actual readings A on them  and also from August when your meter was changed please.

I have always given meter readings. Also asked for a Eon to come out and take readings to make sure the readings where correct. I’m trying to get into my account with Eon, so I can screen shot the bills.

You started the year owing £1376.69  - which suggests you had been underpaying in 2019.
