Park Watch only - to the 'privacy@' email. You do not under any circumstances entertain corresponding with DRP!

SAR goes to the PPC not their legal, and certainly not the debt recovery company.

(Well - you can send a SAR to anyone you like, but it is the PPC who should have all your relevant data, including any emails/letters they've communicated with a 3rd party - make sure your SAR to the PPC covers that angle).

Court fees have risen in the past few months, so the max now would be ~£220 ..... but don't be thinking about losing, keep going forward with a positive mindset. 😊

Still no response from either DPO or Gladstones Solicitors from the emails which were sent on the 31st of may .  

I received an automatic response from DPO and Gladstones on the day the email was sent  but nothing since, do I need to send again ?

There are only 30 days in June, and we haven't used all of them this year yet.

They have a month to reply. If they have failed to do so, remind them and give them seven days to provide your data or you will report them to the ICO. Follow through with your complaint if they don't meet that deadline.

Still not response at over 3 weeks  , the original message was sent to both of them on the 31st of last month so shall I send a reminder on the 30th of this month ? Would the solicitor need to respond , I received a automatic response from them but nothing further same with parkwatch  ? 

What happens if they fail to send the information ?
