I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

SAR goes to the PPC not their legal, and certainly not the debt recovery company.
(Well - you can send a SAR to anyone you like, but it is the PPC who should have all your relevant data, including any emails/letters they've communicated with a 3rd party - make sure your SAR to the PPC covers that angle).Jenni x2 -
Emails sent - If I was to lost is the fines stilled capped - original "ticket" price (£100) plus a MAX of £50 in solicitors costs and the court fees , should be less than £175-2000

Court fees have risen in the past few months, so the max now would be ~£220 ..... but don't be thinking about losing, keep going forward with a positive mindset. 😊homi said:Emails sent - If I was to lost is the fines stilled capped - original "ticket" price (£100) plus a MAX of £50 in solicitors costs and the court fees , should be less than £175-200Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. There are only 30 days in June, and we haven't used all of them this year yet.
They have a month to reply. If they have failed to do so, remind them and give them seven days to provide your data or you will report them to the ICO. Follow through with your complaint if they don't meet that deadline.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
