    No idea, any idea on your side?
    Don't know  , not sure if it was a mistake or intentionally done  . 
    Just wondering how it would affect the case , if it was sent on the 14th December but the letter is dated the 28th when would the 28 days to respond start from  ?

    I  was not improperly parked  
    • The vehicle was not parked where it stated it was on the parking notice.
    • You were still within the time you paid for.
    • You did not overstay the free parking allowed in the car park.
    • You paid the correct amount for parking
    • Your car parking ticket was clearly displayed
    • The terms and conditions of the car park were not properly signed
    • You were parked in an area where you were free to park
    • You complied with the terms and conditions on the signage
    or
    Other
    • You will need to provide reasons why you are appealing your parking charge.

    These then get saved as PDFs and uploaded to POPLA under OTHER (ONLY) - do not think you only have 2000 characters in some box on the POPLA wepage!

    ....which you know will be your chance to comment on operator evidence 

    Since this has been done to death in terms of what you're looking for, go read other threads, so you use your limited time wisely.

    Sorted and uploaded . Thanks for the help , will update once I hear back from Popla.
    Which may not be for a good while yet. They have moved back into a form of suspended animation, given the increasing levels of lockdown. Certainly they are putting all new cases into the deep freeze. Keep an eye out for any correspondence from them, but don't be surprised if you hear nothing for some weeks, even months.
