We need clarification as to whether the OP has appealed to P/Eye.

If not, then with a windscreen PCN from October 14th, they may now be best doing what you said originally, Redx, and waiting for the hybrid PCN in the post after all (not normally recommended - should have appealed on day 26 as the NEWBIES thread says).

That is not to say that a complaint to PALS and the NHS Trust can't be escalated.
That was my point , day 25 has come and gone , so it was more about appealing now or after an ntk arrived, which it seems has happened now

, So between day 29 and day 56

It's clear that the OP has done everything wrong apart from the PALS complaint , except that they said I parked , so not perfect. It's a dog's dinner , hence why I mentioned the complaint to the trust by email , which they have now done

When people go off piste , sometimes they go down a black run and then fall into a crevasse !!!

Easier to prevent than to cure

So now 2 complaints have gone in , the appeal should be done before day 56

I would also be involving my local MP first and possibly MP Lucy Powell or whichever MP covers MRI in Ardwick as well

Yes he needs to appeal, using the NEWBIES template.

Should have appealed earlier and there would have been no NTK.

  • UPDATE: Trust have asked for my address - I have refused to give it! Awaiting their response.
Have drafted letter to MP - waiting to see what trust says before getting her involved.
Did the appeal on the PE site as suggested.

    Could I ask why?

That was silly. Surely you want the Trust on your side?
If I were them I would file your request in the waste paper bin.

Why have you withheld your address?

The Trust asking for your address is probably just to verify who you are, with a view to hopefully cancelling the PCN when they realise you were translating for a patient:
Went in to drop patient off and staff asked me to stay as a translator.
Why would you refuse to give your address to the NHS Trust, when P/Eye have it anyway, from the DVLA?

    ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ is a good question !!

The MP will want it too , to verify its in their constituency

Most of their actions or inactions so far have been self harm !

This isn't confined to this thread, but is it just me, that today there seems to be an increased number of posters wanting to plough their own furrow and/or arguing against forum advice?  We seem to be spending so much additional and nugatory time straightening out misconceptions and ill-conceived wizz-bangs.

I for one am sick and tired of these back arguments , obstinacy and questioning any of our replies

I will not repeat what I thought when I read today's post above !!!

I know this location and we have seen it on here a few times recently , but I would not have gone about fighting this PCN this way , apart from a suitable complaint to PALS , but using the WE word as far as parking the vehicle is concerned

Everything else does not make any sense , hence why I rechecked the website and complaint procedures again to ensure it wasn't me , especially because it's Parking Eye where a landowner cancellation is always best ,   ALWAYS

To get a quick reply and then put a new barrier up beggars belief

I didn't give the address as I felt they may share it with PE (who, admitedly had it already).
Folks. I was *not* questioning any of your replies at all, nor was I knowingly going against any advice, my last post was merely proving an *UPDATE*. Oh, and the PE appeal was recommended on this board.
I am *genuinely* very appreciative of the advice/help/support you guys are giving.
