Premier Parking Logistics (Walton Wilkins) County Court Claim

Hello. I was advised to come back to this forum if I receive a county court claim from this company which I have. Long story cut short, it was for a ticket I got in January 2020, due to the ticket machines not working. I left a note on the dash like every car did and got a ticket and they never. I received all the letters such as dcb legal prior to this and was told to ignore all of them until a court letter comes through. What do I do now and how do I deal with this county court judgement against me by premier parking logistics?

Welcome. What you need to do is read at least a dozen other DCBLegal claim threads from this year, by searching or just looking back at thread titles, going back say, 50 pages on the forum at least.
We assume you have already read NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST (post #2 is all about how to win in court) and know what to do at claim stage? And we assume you have also read the other sticky thread (announcement thread) pinned at the top of this forum, giving everyone a TEMPLATE DEFENCE to adapt (fairly simple stuff).
You have not got a county court judgment! You have a N1 claim form like in all the zillions of other claim threads. What is the ISSUE DATE of the claim form please, and have you done the AOS yet (as shown in the NEWBIES thread, in pictures).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

With a Claim Issue Date of 20th November, you have until Wednesday 9th December to file an Acknowledgment of Service. If possible, do not file an AoS before 25th November, but otherwise, there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an AoS, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an AoS, you have until 4pm on Wednesday 23rd December 2020 to file your Defence. That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service instructions.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.3

Send a message to a board guide (Savvy or Soolin) and ask one of them to combine your three threads, this one you are in plus: -

It is these sort of cases that i would (if not in the Birmingham area as that is where the dear walton lives) be forcing the attendance of dear walton and making sure DCB legal know
might make the case get dropped3 -

The conclusion is that DCBL who appear to be generally in denial about the parking scam, and their fake add-ons. The Waltons of this world are to be avoided, there are still a few other legals around who love to be ridiculed in court
