    It is these sort of cases that i would (if not in the Birmingham area as that is where the dear walton lives) be forcing the attendance of dear walton and making sure DCB legal know :smile:
    might make the case get dropped :)
    DCB legal are the same letters I received before this one right? So when I contact them, what do I say?

    Are you sure it was the same department ? Their legal department , not their debt collection department ? It's the same Initialisms so easy to get wrong

    Personally I would be concentrating on a SAR to the DPO at the PPC , to doing the AOS and drafting the defence , not sideshows like DCBL
