It is these sort of cases that i would (if not in the Birmingham area as that is where the dear walton lives) be forcing the attendance of dear walton and making sure DCB legal know
might make the case get dropped0 -
Are you sure it was the same department ? Their legal department , not their debt collection department ? It's the same Initialisms so easy to get wrong
Personally I would be concentrating on a SAR to the DPO at the PPC , to doing the AOS and drafting the defence , not sideshows like DCBL3 -
Back in November I wrote:... you have until 4pm on Wednesday 23rd December 2020 to file your Defence.Did you do that?
If not, why not?
Have you checked your credit rating lately?
You should at least check your MCOL Claim History and perhaps post the contents here.6 -
Everyone has been reporting wins v Walton Wilkins' lot, so make sure you are up to speed with what to do and when, before the hearing.

Many of the car parks in Birmingham run by this man are in a very bad state of repair and there has been a number of threads about ticket machines not working or not registering coins.
Worcestermum's case was recently discontinued. From memory the contract with the landowner was not in in force at the time of the parking incident so that is something to look out for.
Some of the signage is covered in graffiti on one particular car park. It's not difficult to defend these claims if you put the work in.

From memory the contract with the landowner was not in in force at the time of the parking incident so that is something to look out for.His standard contract (which I'm sure is used in almost every case) is a rubbish piece of work, full of spelling and grammatical errors, which a Judge held could not stand up as such a document (I think in the case mentioned above). I did post that it looked as though it had been drafted by a primary school class! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
