I haven’t ported my number in.
this was just a extra line....but would transfer in if the 10 credit appeared in account0 -
They will not credit £10 until after a number has been ported in. Not for just activating the sim card.".but would transfer in if the 10 credit appeared in account "You will have a long wait because, as advised, it's the other way round. i.e. transfer in first.

How common is it for 0800 numbers not to be included in a plan?0
-
It isn't shown on their website against that plan that 0800 is chargeable, as far as I can see.0

0800 numbers are free in the UK using Lebaraandy111 said:It isn't shown on their website against that plan that 0800 is chargeable, as far as I can see.0 -
There is a post on this thread quoting terms which says 0800 is chargeable.
i spoke to Lebara on Friday who confirmed it was chargeable and to consult the rates.
However I spoke again to Lebara yesterday and after a few minutes of consulting others the guy said it was not chargeable.
To find the rate you have to click against or prices 'for 08XXX number excluding 084 and 087' which shows 86 pages of codes.
On page 86 it shows 0044800 which converts to 0800 and shows 0p.
