Oh and my local MP has also just confirmed he will be happy to contact Euro Car Parks on my behalf.
Good, have you pointed out your rights and the service providers' legal duty under the EA 2010, so he/she has the same knowledge as you, that the treatment you have suffered is in fact, illegal?

You need to state this really robustly to all parties and arm your MP with that fact as well.  Someone will backtrack in the end and these PCNs will be cancelled IMHO.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Hello Coupon-mad,

As well as my MP I have contacted the CEO of Morrison's and Euro Car Parks Solicitors with slightly different messages but all  contain a paragraph that includes the following sentences:

'a stroke survivor is LEGALLY entitled to a 'reasonable adjustment of more time'

'cite 'disability discrimination' under the Equality Act 2010'

'no provision for people with protected medical characteristics by offering any information about how to ask for more time as is their legal right under the Equality Act 2010'

'Morrison's and  Euro Car Parks Ltd, are 'jointly liable' for indirect discrimination'

Only my MP is aware I have sent this information to the other parties. I was not sure if I should inform ECP solicitor's that my MP is contacting their client directly.

    Many thanks

    VO5 is a shampoo ;) ... you mean V5C :)
And yes, that's a reasonable request for proof of ID as it identifies both yourself and the vehicle. If they come back asking for ever more forms of ID then you raise a complaint with ICO as they have no valid reason for further forms of ID.
    Hello Were_Doomed,

That's exactly what I thought!

Here is a copy and paste from their message to me

"In order for us to process the Article 15 request (SAR), and to ensure compliance with GDPR we require that you provide evidence for proof of ownership of any vehicle you wish to be included in the search (for example a copy or image of a VO5 document)."

How odd they would get that wrong. They clearly don't proofread their own documents. :|

    Thank you for the confirmation.

If they proof read their own documents, that would require someone other than the tea boy to do some actual work for more than 5 minutes

    Well done from me too

Plan A worked again , with additional spice of the EA2010 as well , as it should be !!

My local Morrisons has Ecp and is 3 hours parking , not two hours. , Plus you can ask the customer service desk to extend your stay if required by giving them your VRM if necessary
