Amazing, a picture of a real life thug. Do DBCL really employ thugs amongst their fakery.

Does the High Court know that they permit thugs , maybe they should ?

  • Thanks for all your advice, sorry for the delay in getting back to you all, had a bit of a bad time recently.  I have ignored the letter but am a bit anxious for someone turning up at my door. Have you heard of any incidents when this has happened?

Not in the context of a bog standard private parking charge.

If your case is still 'live', you cannot stay away from the forum for a couple of months and hope everything is still the same. So much water flows under so many bridges at a rapid pace of knots, it's so difficult to pick it up 'at your leisure'. You have to put in the shifts.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

No, can't happen.   Not at pre-court stage of the tedious debt demand letters if that's what you are getting.

Not unless someone loses in court (you'd know!) doesn't then pay, gets a CCJ and the PPC decide to 'enforce' the debt.  Don't ignore a court claim.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
