thanks again for all the positive comments...
It still hits me like a brick every so often...as someone else says....it has been the interest over the past few years which has done me in!
I noticed some1 said that CC companies would not consider a DMP if you had not defaulted on payment....well I am in that situation...I pay every month and have only been late once due to postage strikes! What is the stance here??
I also have no CCJ's and everything is unsecured....
I know I know so many questions lol!!!0 -
Afternoon,
Just to put your mind at rest I didn't have any defaults on my accounts either and have over 11 creditors. You can still go ahead with a DMP it the defaults are likely to come after. As in my previous post Barclay loan are not registering a default on my account as they have agreed my reduced payments and as long as I do not break this agreement they have said in their letter that they will just not a repayment programme on my credit file.
Hope this is of help. Have you had a chance to read the DMP Mutual support thread? All of your questions will be answered already there as I am sure I asked loads on it, aswell as others.0
