I already posted that one earlier in this thread on page 3! This was danlightbulb's response to it: "the Coseley semi-detached I would be always conscious of noise for the neighbours if I did have a piano (and that is my dream thing to have which I can't give up on)."MFWannabe said:0 -
Damn! Presumably the Nightingale Drive one would also fail.... though thinking about it, both properties have dining areas - surely the piano could be sited there?AdrianC said:
Miserable failure of the piano test.Tiglet2 said:I have also spotted this, which is only slightly above your ideal price, but is a little bigger than the one in Nightingale Drive and could be a compromise between the two:

Same here. Not one I'd recommend for the OP when there are others on the table.Tiglet2 said:

To be perfectly honest I think we’re all wasting our time looking and commenting anyway; OP has posted numerous times since March 2019 and still asking same questions; getting no where 🤷♀️🤦♀️
Think he needs to sit down and make sure he really wants to buy and work out how much he’s paid in rent over that time
Maybe it’s Crashy posting under another name? 🤔MFW 2025 #50: £1989.73/£600007/03/25: Mortgage: £67,000.00

The thread will die a death soon enough.
Can't wait to see what the next thread's gonna be asking though!
I wonder if the OP has thought about getting Phil and Kirstie on the case!2024 wins: *must start comping again!*2 -
