Not anything to do with a dispute or a S75 claim. S75 can take as long as they take. Even if a complaint is started.
Interesting to note Tesco response. Yes our (not tesco) dispute team are very busy, but the only reason Covid is cited is due to the number of cases it has caused.
Actual staff sickness & lateness, since starting to work from home in Feb has decreased by nearly 50%. So in effect there are more staff available to take calls.Life in the slow lane0 -
