Your redactions seem to have slipped on page 40 of that WS.

Page 44 shows a letter from you which is marked "Without Prejudice".
I noticed they'd dropped that in...

I was expecting to need to write a load of notes to address each of the points in a long Claimant WS, but because it's so short, I've put together a crib sheet for the hearing with some key points on (along side the key points I'm planning to highlight from my own WS)
Do you think they will submit a supplementary WS after reading through mine?

They might, or they might not. Sometimes some of them do, sometimes some of them don't.  I don't suppose we're any more wise on this than you are.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

There is some useful information in this thread about Bristol Airport, including a map of their controlled area.

That's interesting - Not sure if it makes any difference, but the alleged offence took place outside of the coloured lines in the images on page 19 and 21 of the contract (in the box in the diagram below)
Keep Calm and Carry On had a PCN from VCS for a car park where she was not parked. She got costs for unreasonable behaviour. These people that monitor the car parks are on targets and I think that they ticket cars on the off chance that many will just pay up. By the time the PCN has turned into a claim they are probably long gone as there is a high staff turnover in this industry.

Less than 24 hours to go - just re-reading everything and getting everything straight in my head. I think I'm prepared as I can be.
No supplementary WS received so far - so fingers crossed..!

ginger_bread_man won his case at Bristol Airport because the judge said stopping wasn't parking.

I can't see anywhere in the scammer's WS that shows the location of the car at the time of the alleged event. Was the scammer's WS all in black and white because it is not obvious from two tone what their contract to scam actually covers? Did you mark the position of the car on your coloured version of their map in your own WS?

Their WS was sent in colour - my redacting must have changed it to B&W - but they don't show the position of the car. Mine was sent in colour with the position marked on printout and circled in pen to make it nice and clear, because the little yellow dot isn't that clear on it's own:

Good. The yellow dot is also outside the other map they sent to ginger_bread_man as well. Did you include a copy of that as well? Even if they produce it in court you can show the car was still not on their red line.

Did you send a summary costs assessment as well?
