I know for a fact from family members that use of email has gone up faster than covid spikes and use of paper and snail mail has gone down as fast as some bank balances
The pandemic has changed our world , forever , like home working has risen as fast as office based work has fallen3 -
I have pointed out that I didn't agree to receive it by email, and told them it wasn't attached - will see if they try to resend
