I actually didn't sweat much when I started training but turns out I just just so unfit, my lungs gave up before I sweated hahaha
Sweating was not an issue today. Did a 5k for the first time in about 2 years and came back dripping with sweat. Bleugh. Our coach is programming some running stuff and OH wants to dial in his pacing so I agreed to do it with him. He needs new trainers though as the ones he has were brand new but came from f-i-l's trainer collection (just bought to admire and keep in the box). Turns out they have dies in storage somewhat as bits of the sole came off mid-run.
Not a bad day yesterday. trying to drag ourselves out of the lockdown funk. I'll go as far as to say i'm a bit sick of it this week. I'm sure normal service will resume soon. We're trying to be good and keep up some momentum with home workouts. We did one yesterday and we did the run this morning and there's a zoom home gymnastics class tonight to do.
Today's small things:B/L/D from stores - made a weird pasta bake with sausage, bbq sauce and roasted pumpkin last night but it was really tasty! We have some leftovers today
Do zoom class at 6pm
Poss some sort of outdoor activity in the garden or allotment but I suspect with OH doing 3 workouts today, this is off the cards
Should really do an hour of CPD but CBA
Heating off. It's warm.
Poss start another sock but am a bit sick of socks rn
Have a good one all

Just managed an other 20 min hiit even if I had to go light and slow on some exercises it's still a good workout, and yes I'm as sweaty as. I think this will actually help my running. Am determined to enjoy my slightly forced day off as can't do cover and self isolate. So started with writing in journal, a 60 min writing meditation wrote 2600 words, a bit of a woffle but hopefully that will improve in time.
So now on to the boring stuff - an hour in the garden, shower the dog and prep for the rest of the week. Infection numbers are rampant where i work, next town over and I'm happily WFH this week.
Dinner will be 2. day chicken and an apple crumble.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Hi all
It's quite sunny outside at the moment and l'm about to have a break to take something to the post office. Think l might sweep your leaves from the drive too. Make the most of a little sun.
Has anyone ditched watching live tv and cancelled their tv licence? I think it might be a stretch for the Mr to get to this, but l have made murmurs about Sky again..we always put Netflix on in the evenings. If we ditch both that will be a £45 a month saving.5 -
Sleep last night rubbish did go to bed for midnight awake until 3am. Can't carry on like this doesn't help business. Going to try going to bed with wife at 11.30. Glad I've still got my family after all my lies over the years, don't take them for granted now few months ago would have rather wife walked out than lost Range Rover. Don't feel that way right now think she knows I'm really trying to make an effort. Hate myself for the stuff I've put her through over the years though not sure the guilt will ever go for the lies and not being there for my family. FIL right about some of the stuff he's said about me over the years tbh.
10/11/20: No progress haha.
1. X7 things up for sale. 1/7
2. X3 exercise ( just upper body x2 and something else x1 with foot issue wife will come up with something no doubt ha) 0 lol.
3. Update expenses/ cards spreadsheets. Not today.
4. Finish work 6.00pm and switch email off. Yes hardly been able to concentrate tbh.
5. In bed for midnight. Who knows?

@alt80 try to make going to bed a priority.
It sounds like you recognise ther impact of some of your actions and are prepared to change. Your wife is still by your side, that says a lot.
I have a small amount to overpay the loan but l will wait as l have sent a parcel to Ziffit. I have some money in my ebay account too but l want to wait until l get the invoice. I didn't get far with Sky but we have agreed just this year to use the tree in the loft rather than buy a real one, so that's £65 we have saved. I will budge properly next year from Jan for Christmas. Hoping loan 1 will be paid. Not thinking about loan 2 at the moment, it's complicated and not really my debt but in joint names.
Other than that, eating from stores. Hopefully a walk in the beautiful autumn sun. Work and a telephone catch up with a friend. Maybe win tr lottery later...? 😉

Morning allDog walk done, pleasant morning so heating staying off
Will review later as rain is forecast and it always seems chilly when it rains at this time of the year. I will probably just light the stove late afternoon / early evening though.
Today I must:Fold up and put away the dry washing that was finished off on the airer by the stove overnightDo something creative with a languishing chorizo - got it out of the freezer and then didn't make what I planned to do with it.Make chilli to go with jacket potato and coleslaw later (and no doubt another day). One of our favourites.Ring garage about car which is increasingly reluctant to start - I keep putting this off for some reason. Not looking forward to a garage bill probablyMight change the curtains in the sitting room - a bit of a pain as it involves dismantling the pole and changing the rings. The nice brown Scandi patterned curtains are making it seem even darker in here though.Maybe go for a walk with DD and toddler GS later - I think that is allowed? Losing track.5 -
Morning folks, just starting an other day of online teaching, will be interspersed by a bit of HIIT and not much else. All food etc should be from stores today. Will try to vacuum at some point, as the 3 of us just seem to kick up a lot dust! Rather dust than arguments!

Good Afternoon everyone
Not much happening here, DH and DS have been unwell for a couple of days, got tested and are now positive so we're isolating, but we haven't been doing much anyway only essential shopping and always wearing a mask when out, feel a bit gutted to be honest as we're following the rules and still catch it. Makes things a little tougher with mum as she has no one now until my 14 days are up, DB has moved further away so even less chance of him helping out.
