I sent SAR to parking company and received the requested information.KeithP said:
Almost certainly BWL will respond by filing a DQ. It costs next to nothing. they will do that.Charlie1900 said:HM Courts & Tribunals Service's letter said the claim will be stayed if BW Legal does not contact the court within 28 days. This looks quite likely now.
Pointless sending a SAR to BWL. They hold nothing useful.Charlie1900 said:I also sent a subject access request to BW Legal earlier. BW Legal acknowledged receipt of my request and provided a deadline (a month) to respond to my request. However, BW Legal failed to provide me any response within a month. So I'll make a complaint to the ICO soon.
Send a SAR to the parking company.
I suspect BWL made phone call recording without telling me. Anyway, just want see what information they have even this may not help.
I may need to wait for a few more weeks to see if they file a DQ or not.1 -
I submitted Defence over two weeks ago and still haven't received a DQ. I will probably need to ring Northampton county court next week.1

Check via your MCOL history that the defence has been received. You can download a blank DQ to complete, no need to await one from the CCBC.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Why not download your own?
Instructions on how to do that are on that list you were following when filing your Defence.

Thanks. Yes, MCOL has a record that the defence has been received. The date of receiving the defence on MCOL is the same as the date stated in the letter from HM Courts and Tribunals Service.Umkomaas said:Check via your MCOL history that the defence has been received. Is this the correct DQ to use?

Yes, that's the same as the one linked from the list I mentioned. No need to ask that.
Hint: fill it in online before printing. It's neater.

Thanks for the confirmation and hint. Once completed, shall I send it to CCBC?KeithP said:Charlie1900 said:

For example, here is just one sentence from that list:9. The completed DQ should be returned by email to the CCBC to the same address and in the same way as your Defence was filed earlier.Read item 10 on that list too. It will answer your next, yet to be asked, question.
