    Bingo again!
    PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
    CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
    Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
  • Para 9(b) says
    (b)inform the keeper that the driver is required to pay parking charges in respect of the specified period of parking and that the parking charges have not been paid in full;

    The NTK says "if you were the driver ... you are required to pay the parking charge" but does not inform me (the keeper) the information stated in para 9(b).
  • para 9 (d) says

    (d)specify the total amount of those parking charges that are unpaid, as at a time which is—

    (i)specified in the notice; and

    (ii)no later than the end of the day before the day on which the notice is either sent by post or, as the case may be, handed to or left at a current address for service for the keeper (see sub-paragraph (4));

    Para 9(b) requires specifying the total amount ......., as at a time

    The NTK does not specify a time for the unpaid amount.

    Now you know what I meant, when I told you:
     anyone can see there is nothing from para 9 of the POFA in the wording

    Many thanks.
    I am using the Coupon-mad template but it seem exceeding the required maximum of 122 lines in Money Claim Online. Is it a common problem and how can I deal with this?

    "Please state your defence in a maximum of 122 lines in the box below."

    You clearly have not read the NEWBIE sticky if you are trying to post your defence on MCOL. STOP now, read the sticky and send it as an e-mail as per the instructions.

    To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.

    See the words file a Defence by email there?

    Sorry and thanks! I'll send it by email.

     I've got the NTK via SAR. As Coupon-mad suggested, the NTK completely fails to meet POFA keeper liability requirements. Shall I explain IN DETAILS why the NTK fails to meet POFA keeper liability in the defence or shall I explain it in Witness Statement?

    Coupon-mad has kindly drafted point 2 & 3 for me (see above) before I get the photocopy of NTK and final reminder. Now I get the NKT, shall I make any change to the defence or just use the one drafted by Coupon-mad? Thanks a lot!
