Pylon in the garden

It sounds like the shed is at the bottom of the garden, just in front of the pole so how much land are you losing? you also say it's an eyesore, but it can't have been that bad that you only noticed it once the shed was removed.
If it really bothers you that much pay OR to move it.1 -
Put the shed back?1

A "complete eyesore" in your garden that you didn't notice for two years?
Pay them to remove it or accept their offer to leave it there. It's as simple as that.8 -

How small is this pylon?0 -
Just remember that the possible gotcha if you get them to move it is that the new location may not be suitable for providing you with a drop wire.
You may then end up having to pay to get a phone line back.0 -
Has this python under the shed bit the OP ??

Does the OP want the pylon moved because it is in the way of a proposed shed, or because it is an eyesore?
If the latter, paying to get the pylon moved may not resolve the issue. It is likely the pylon will simply be re-edited a couple of feet the other side of the fence and still just as visible.0 -

Their searches and enquiries of the vendor must have identified the presence of this pylonSurely it would have come to light (assuming that the purchaser had not noticed
) at some stage during the conveyancing process that there's a ****ing great pole or pylon belonging to Openreach right slap bang in the middle of the property - all of which - you thought you were buying? Maybe I'm completely mistaken here but I would expect a competent surveyor and/or solicitor to draw my attention to it! Assuming thet the OP was unaware (
) are you saying there are no usual searches or enquiries that would reveal it?
EDIT: OP - when you say "This pylon is full size... " what do you mean? When I envisage a "pylon" I see a structure about 50m tall and with a base about 10m square. Is it a pylon or just a telegraph pole?0
