You have everything the NEWBIES thread tells you to use...in the tips about exhibits and WS stage.

ParkingEye v Beavis (yellow) sign next to the Excel sign...all the usual stuff.  No asking where the Beavis sign can be found, Google is your friend.

Received this from Excel. Its the 2nd letter  now, how effective will these be if used against me in court like they say. The last letter said £125 and now £145. Ig is still a significant amount for entering wrong registration

Why 'against' you?  It's a 'Without Prejudice' offer - they can't use that against you in court, nor can you use against them!

Their £220 solicitor attendance cost is but a fabrication.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    (save as to costs) Unkomass!
There is very little chance, because it is not unreasonable to refuse a stupid offer like that, and the only way theyre getting costs is CPR27.14 unreasonable behavior.

SATC still doesn't allow you to use it as evidence ... it can only be shown in court after the claim has been judged and the judge is assessing costs.

Sorry - I read your post but mentally put the OP's name in place of yours, so I replied on the basis of responding to the OP. 🥴

I just noticed the claimant sent their WS a few days ago discusing each of my paragraphs from the defence.

This is what they had to say about my paragraphs 2 and 3

So at 21 they claim you were a trespasser
Only the landowner can sue for trespass, and only then for actual damages. So did you agree to a contract or did you become a treapasser? Cant be both here
