Ahh! , sorry if I'm annoying, i have really bad memory and have just revisted the threads its all there. Looks like a simple form. Haven't received the form from CCBC yet, one of the posts said to wait a week before contacting courts. I assume it will be a form emailed to me, hopefully covid situation does not slow it down too much. Just want this over now.

The form is posted to you , my snail mail , not emailed

You can download it , fill it in and email it to the CCBC

No court has been allocated yet because they have not received your DQ

This won't be over for several months , assume next spring or summer !! 2021

You should not assume anything at all in this saga , check , check and check again

Hey, I have completed the questionnaire and sending to CCBC now.  I am aware that i need to send a copy to the claimant, do you know if i can send this via email to Excel parking generic email address or does it have to be posted?

Email to both at the same time so Excel can't claim you didn't. No need to post anything for these cases during the pandemic.

When Excel send that kind of letter it usually means that they are uncertain of an outcome.

I havd received details of the SAR too. My inital appeal in 2017 was:

"Hi I am very unhappy that I have received this notice. It seems like your systems are not updated to recognise new

plates.

I have paid for the parking in the day via telephone. When the automated system answered my old registration was

stated. I paid for the full day. It may have been under car ref xxxxxxx as I have had my plates changed recently.

I am very unhappy and would like to be compensated for the frustration and amount of time wasted."


Just waiting to hear from local court for hearing now.

The hearing is on 25th February over telephone.
For evidence I have a screenshot of my transaction to Excel Parking showing date and amount paid. 

Now to start the witness statement.
