on the moneyclaim.gov there is an option to start defense as well as view AOS, start admission and view instructions. i have sent defence template that i altered appropriately to CCBCAQ email0

You know not to do so, the guide is explicit on how you serve your ONE defence: email. No other method is used.
Show us your para 2 and 3 (and please, PLEASE say you used "defendant" and not I, me or she!)1 -

Hang on, the OP hasn't said they weren't the driver in #2 so what's the problem? This is making up an issue that doesn't exist.
You are correct to say you were the rk and correct to deny LIABILITY for the claimed money.
