they have addresses and phone numbers but no emails to contact
They certainly do publish the email address of their Data Protection Officer.

The NEWBIES thread tells you exactly how to get that email address.

Check the details on it , check for POFA compliance , on non compliance , it's one or the other

Then await a court claim pack from the CCBC in Northampton within 6 years of the event

    Read it.
Surely people do not need a ''next step'' all the time...I hate that phrase.  Sounds like helping people to walk.

Read the thing, spot the holes in their evidence.  This is not for us to tell you, this is obvious.  You can walk this route.

  • hi all, i've received the claim form from CCBC, i have done Acknowledging service of a claim, on moneyclaim.gov, do i need to respond by starting a defense? i have submitted defense by CCBCAQ email.
  • Defence
Erm, what? You want help to start a defence, but then state you have already filed your defence? The two statements dont make sense
WHAT defence did you send over email? Was it the template that you altered appropriately?
