Goodintentions

Good morning!
I was up & dressed by 8am (shock!!). Brrakfast has been eaten, 1st of the month money juggle done, emails checked & attendance sent to LA. I am working 4 days this week - 1st time since March!! 
Todays plan is go to the allotment (DH has volunteered to cut the grass!), and hopefully take some stuff to the CS. I also need to clear some clutter in the LR and finish painting the toys ready for the morning. The varnish may have to wait until the weekend. 
Narc0 its a tricky one! Nothing is straightforward! My DD2 & her BF have been spending 2 weeks here, and 2 weeks at his for the last couple of months. I told her that she needs to make a decision re Lockdown 2. She has said that from Wednesday she will be at his until December!! I think we have all had enough of each other after the last 2 weeks!! 😂

Bed stripped and clean mattress cover put on
Lunch washed up & kitchen wiped down
A (tiny) bit of admin done

Need to make a phone call to see if I'm working tomorrow (can you sense the procrastination creeping in, I hate phoning people)

I have done dailies, changed bedding, got up to date with washing and dusted bedroom and living room.  Still to do is hoover and wash floors, bath dogs and cut DHs hair.

OH has done this weeks meal plan again............

Made myself a plain white area to take eby photos, ie nothing in the background, white towel on the table, this has now taken over by the black and white cat!

This afternoon

Bank / money shuffle, update budgets over what was spent last month and what I have for this month.

Bought shares in B&M.. Saved a trip to Tesco because we got cereal and squash there instead.. and loo roll... Stocking fillers are done and I got paint for Moomins bedroom.. it is pink. I got some pastel baubles for the pink tree to add to the unicorn collection.. I still need lights. Got loads of toiletry bits and gloves and socks and chocolate coins and 3 of the required 9 advent calendars. cheapy cards bought for the girls for their school friends.
My £71 Amazon gift card came through from Quidco so I have added that to my account and got 4 items I had set for the small pinks.
I need to update my list and see what is left but I think we are pretty much done.. waiting on the £140 refund from Studio cards so I can reorder the wrapping paper and then I can crack on with wrapping.

OH has a shift at work this evening and he is off until December...GLEE!!!!! He was SO much nicer when he was furloughed before so hoepfully that OH will return.. and if not.. I have a bedroom to decorate, a carpet to fit, a second room to decorate and a lot of cleaning to do.. and the shed needs tidying because it is full of rubbish.. I have need of a furniture switcheroo and a couple of bookcases to empty, move and sort out all his gibble.. if he thinks he is spending 4 weeks playing WoW he is VERY much mistaken.

I shall sneak another cuppa before the school run to wash down some pain meds before my leg falls off, it is agony again today.. and no I didn't bother ringing the Dr, I figured people who actualy unwell and waited all weekend get Monday priority, I am busy tomorrow so we are up to 'half day' Wednesday..

I also sorted DS2 a hair mincing appointment.. he looks homeless at the moment.. I said he looks more like a Yak than a bard now it is so long.. I don't know why he doesn't just ut it in a bobble, other than it will interfere with his dypraxia and sensory issues.

Kettle is on and I just need a couple of easy lesson plans for tomorrow.  Part of the group is face to face part is online.

A few hours spent at the allotment. DH cut the grass as promised (well, most of it until the strimmer battery ran out). I cleared the old strawberry bed.
Back home to make some soup, and then we popped out for a few bits. 1 large bag of clothes, a boxed FP toy set & a travel cot dropped of at the CS (yay!). I had to queue at S@vers - haven't had to do that in a while! Apparently that started yesterday....
I have had another cuppa, and now plan to tidy up in the LR a bit. DH has put dinner in the SC & walked the dog. 

DH is annoying sometimes!! I told him about the CS and he said 'what stuff?' 🤦‍♀️ I said about the bag of DS's clothes that is on the landing. He then told me he had just put it in the loft!! Apparently he is fed up of stuff laying around because no-one bothers to get rid of it!!! 🤬 Errrmmm - we have been in isolation up to yesterday!! But its okay to fill the loft up with carp!!?? 🤦‍♀️ I told him to get it down again.....😂

I'm home from the paid stuff, got changed, done a laundry shuffle and set WM swishing - washing a bath mat which is soaked but no-one knows why. I've checked for leaks and all seems ok. I suspect someone showered with a gap in the shower curtain. 

Work went well. My heart was in my mouth but everyone acted as though Friday didn't happen. Maybe you just have to lose your cool to gain some people's respect. 

Thank you all for your support over the weekend. How did you get on today asb? 

YS pizzas for tea. Having a coffee first and chillaxing.

Bath mat was sopping wet even after an extra spin so I've pegged it out on the line. That was fun- trying to find the line without tripping over in the dark. 

Another laundry shuffle done and another load swishing in WM.

First day back. Shouty person was sweet as sweet could be. I suspect the 'word' that was had was rather strong. All good, but I couldn't get to sleep last night, so I've been running on four hours' sleep and fumes all day. And caffeine, lots of caffeine.
