Out of interest why would you want so many bedrooms? I think in many cases houses that were originally built that big in Victorian/Edwardian times lose a lot of character when over extended.

I would leave as is, the potential to extend will draw many more viewers than what is currently there

Thanks at the moment it's 6 bedroom with attic could estate agent say could be extended in attic to make 2 more rooms and also second storey double extension to make 2 bathrooms 8 bedroom 5 bathroom house0

I also like attic i like scary movies i also have to remove skylight to make double storey extension on 2nd floor which would join the attic making but I would lose light.0
