There 7 room downstairs, 6 second and 1 in third floor . The attic is where I can make 2 more . On the second floor there space to make double storey extension
    Of course there is. 😂😂😂
It fairly normally around here so I don't know why your laughing . Maybe it make you feel better as you don't even like it when others go out for exercise but you get to walk you dog daily do you pick his waste up in a bag😆
  • Are you suggesting all these changes to then just sell? If you want to move just put house on market as it is. Leave any building extensions for new buyer to decide.

Highly extended except on second floor there is scope to make a double extension . It's basically like  a sideways L shape the space will join and it will make the whole house connected . The house already has a storage room in loft. The attic on one side has not been converted this could be converted into storage or room as it has electricity ..
  • Or would this be enough for scope to extended .
The buyer can convert attic. One side is converted the second side is not. They could make 2 rooms . The buyer can decide to make double storey extension on 2nd floor which would join the attic making it connected .
The buyer could choose to leave storage room and keep attic and just extended on 2nd floor to make room and bath.
